Blueface has lucked out as the gun charges from his arrest back in February have been dropped. Blueface was facing 3 years for felony gun possession but has always maintained his innocence saying he was targeted for being black. On Wednesday, the young rapper was in court where he learned the case was tossed due to insufficient evidence.
Blueface’s lawyer Alex Kessel, tells TMZ, “Video evidence demonstrated the police misidentified Blueface possessing a gun. Justice prevails through video evidence, a fair judge and a bulldog attorney. A rapper prevails on the merits of the case, not his celebrity status.”
