Cardi B Turns Down Plea Deal Offer Over Queens Strip Club Brawl
Cardi B understands how the court system works and she’s got the money to play the game. Cardi rejected an offer Friday over allegations that she roughed up two bartenders in a wild brawl at a Queens strip club last year.
She faces misdemeanor assault and reckless endangerment charges for allegedly throwing bottles and a hookah at bartender sisters Rachel Wattley, 21, and Sarah Wattley, 23, during a visit to Angels strip club in Flushing, Queens.
The two sisters are popular bottle girls who publicly go by the name Baddie Gi and Jade. The brawl was allegedly started over Cardi B’s belief that her husband Offset, had slept with one or both of the women. The sisters allege Cardi sent her crew to attack them over the rumor.
Cardi B let her lawyer, Jeff Kern, handle the plea rejection and she also agreed to her next court appearance date on May 31. Judging by how stunning she looked in the paparazzi pictures, Cardi doesn’t seem to be sweating the charges. She just recently released a steamy new music video co-starring her husband and seems to be living her best life.
