Faith Evans agreed to be interviewed for a documentary about her relationship with The Notorious B.I.G. but she says she was duped. Evans says she thought the Lifetime documentary was going to be a positive reflection of their relationship but came to found out that it will air during a show called “Hopelessly in Love.”
The episode is said to show “the most controversial love story in hip-hop history, told by those who lived it.” Lifetime is promoting it saying “Faith Evans is ready to confront her pain and revisit the most intimate moments of their relationship . . . from their whirlwind engagement, to Biggie’s ongoing affairs with Lil’ Kim and Charli Baltimore, to the East Coast-West Coast rivalry that led to Tupac and Big’s deaths.”
Evans told Page Six she feels like she got played into participating in the doc.
