Kodak Black is still behind bars for falsifying documents used to purchase firearms. But prosecutors have bigger charges in mind. They say Black spent over $3,500 on 3 weapons and more than 100 rounds of ammo back in February from Lou’s Police Distributors. They believe the home targeted belonged to a rival rapper who wasn’t home at the time of the shooting. Black’s attorney is arguing that no one saw the famous rapper in the area and that there are no fingerprints on the weapon that connect Black to this shooting.
