Birdman is trying to sell his Miami estate and slashed the price down to a mear $13.5 million. What a bargin for gold toilets, and other high-end details over 20,000-square-feet.
Late last year, it was reported the property was entering foreclosure and that eviction and confiscation of property were imminent. But Birdman’s attorney cleared that up. The house was initally listed for $20 million in 2017 when Birdman decided to downsize and move into a swanky penthouse instead.
Located in Palm Island, Miami the home features seven-bedroom, 13-bathrooms. There are also two wine cellars, two pools, a home theater that seats 13, a six-car garage, a 40-foot-tall entry foyer, a striking onyx entertainers’ bar and yes a golden toilet.
The master bedroom is huge at 3,500-square-feet featuring two private balconies with ocean views, his-and-hers bathrooms and a lounging area with fireplace. There’s also plenty of space for a yacht with 100 feet of canal frontage as well as a dock.
