Remember when Kendall and Kylie Jenner released a line of T-shirts with their faces super imposed over music icons Biggie and Tupac? Well the photographers of the original photos sued the Jenners for using their copyrighted images without their permission. Now, model Kendall is counter-suing photographer Pereira for $22,000 to cover the legal costs of what she calls a “frivolous” lawsuit. Kendall claims the photographer is simply trying to make a quick buck, as he’s filed more than 450 copyright infringement lawsuits within the past three years.
Kendall and Kylie received so much backlash from the T-shirts that they ultimately pulled them and issued an apology.
