Kevin McCall was in court fighting for child support from model/actress Eva Marcille but ended up getting arrested. The incident occurred Tuesday at the Justice Center Tower in Fulton County, GA. The officers say they repeatedly told McCall he wasn’t allowed to record video in the courthouse, but he insisted on posting to Instagram Live as he walked through the building. After he refused to shut down the recording, sources say he could be heard using harsh language, while telling an officer to take off his badge and fight.
McCall was booked on four misdemeanors including, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, and simple assault. He was also charged on one felony count for criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree.
Eva Marcille was on The Real yesterday and address their ongoing custody battle and McCall’s recent arrest.
