Lil Durk faced the judge this week for the first time since turning himself into police. He was wanted in relation to a February 5th shooting in Atlanta. Despite his claims of innocence, prosecutors told the court they have video evidence of Lil Durk robbing a man of $30k in cash, stealing his chain and car before shooting him multiple times. They also brought in the Chicago Gang Unit Detective to testify that Lil Durk is a member of the Black Disciples which would add more charges to his case.
After two hours in court testimony and statements by prosecutors and defense, the judge ruled there is enough evidence for the case to go to trial.Lil Durk will be back in court in a month to ask for bond.
