Tekashi 6ix9ine Escapes Jail Time in Misconduct Case
Tekashi 6ix9ine is breathing a sigh of relief this morning as a judge has ruled on his sexual misconduct case. The judge gave him no jail time but 4 years of probation. We all know that probation can quickly land you in jail so Tekashi has to be very careful.
In fact, as he was going to celebrate his court win at Philippe Chow restaurant on the Upper East Side a shooting occured where Tekashi may have been the intended target. Police said the victim was part of a group trying to enter the restaurant with Hernandez.
Deputy Inspector Kathleen Walsh said a private security guard fired a licensed gun at a man who had hit him with a chair. The wounded man was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries and Tekashi’s lawyer denied he was in attendance at the time.
The young rapper was happy to be free for now and celebrating his daughter’s birthday.
