BET tweeted this headline of Cardi B’s spectacular GRAMMY achievement but threw in a side of shade at Nicki Minaj.
Nicki Minaj wasn’t having it and she Lil Wayne canceled their scheduled performances at the upcoming BET Experience show.
Nicki went on to state the top selling artists of the decade adding, “I never see the men on this list being disrespected. I’ll continue to keep my integrity & push my pen. It’s a promise I made to myself in ‘07 when I was selling my tapes out my trunk.”
BET did issue an apology later on.

She also said she’ll be going off on her Queen Radio show talking about how the GRAMMYs has dissed her.
I pissed off the same man Ariana just called out for lying. Grammy producer KEN. I was bullied into staying quiet for 7 years out of fear. But I’ll tell my fans the REAL on the next episode of #QueenRadio they deserve the truth.
Also, CONGRATS to everyone who won last night. ?? https://t.co/YjmoIOPt6o
