Newly released legal documents show Young Thug is in trouble with the IRS. The Georgia Department of Revenue hit Young Thug with a state tax lien on July 30. The lien accuses Thug of owing a total of $145,794.03 for the year 2015. The original balance owed was only $85,254 but grew with interest penalties and other costs to the current debt. He is currently in risk for his property and assets to be seized by the government.
Young Thug’s financial situation could change soon as he is releasing a new album called ‘So Much Fun’ August 16. He’s recruited some heavy hitters to collaborate with including J. Cole and Travis Scott on the first single “The London.”
